Cancellation conditions

The deposit can not be refunded. In the case of cancellations 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total travel price must be paid. 30 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total travel price must be paid. 10 days prior to departure, the remaining accommodation costs are payable and can not be refunded. 

If Covid-19 measures come into force or enacted by the Austrian federal goverment or the Land Salzburg that make your journey impossible, you will be reimbursed the entire travel price. Please note that travel warnings or measures imposed against Austria by other countries, as well as personal concerns, cannot be taken into account as a reason for cancellation.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning fee is €40,- and is not included in the accomodation price.

Linen

Bed linen as well as towels and bath towels are to be brought by the guest himself. Guests are kindly requested to inform the holiday apartment in advance if they need bed linen, towels and bath towels. Per set of household linen (consisting of 1x bed linen, 1x bath towel, 1x towel) are additionally charged €15,-.

Minimum stay

There is no minimum stay in the summer season.

Parking spaces

Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.

Payment methods

A deposit of 30% of the total travel price has to be paid within 14 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining amount must be paid at least ten days prior to arrival. Payments are only possible by means of transfers.

Pets are allowed

Pets are not allowed.

Place stax

The price is €2,- per day and person (from the age of 15) and is not included in the price.

Wireless inernet access

Wireless internet is available in the apartment free of charge.
